We are a real estate development company looking for an experienced Construction Project Consultant on a part-time or full-time basis.
We are planning to develop a residential G+10 build-to-rent building in JVC, Dubai. We need an individual consultant to guide us through the development process — from engaging design consultants to managing contractors and subcontractors.
Your Role:
Advise us on how to select and deal with design consultant companies
Help us understand what to ask for and what to expect at each stage
Review consultant proposals, contracts, and deliverables
Guide us from pre-design through to construction handover
Requirements:
10+ years experience in UAE construction
Residential high-rise (G+10 or above) experience required
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality processes
Experience working with or as a consultant
PMP certification is a plus
