We are a growing renovation and interior contracting company seeking experienced tile and marble masons, plumbers, waterproofing technicians and qualified painters for all disciplines to join our villa renovation projects in Dubai.

Tile masons Responsibilities:
* Should be team player with coordinating with engineer and supervisor to discuss their tiling and marbling tasks prior to start the installation for each projects.
* Measuring the area that must be tiled or marbled to determine stock requirements.
* Proper knowledge of required tiles quantity as per the room size. Eliminate wastage.
* Cutting and shaping tiles or marble to size.
* Cleaning and leveling the surface area.
* Surface preparation to be done and waterproofing to be done prior to installation.
* Wall tiles application on wet areas to be installed by prevent dampness in the future.
* Applying tiling cement and arranging tiles or marble according to design plans.
* Applying tiling grout.
* Cleaning off excess grout and conducting post-installation inspections.
* Processing work details to supervisor for each area completing.

Plumbers Requirements

Installs, repairs, and maintains pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

* should be knowledgeable to all plumbing activities.
* Qualified to do all repair Wokrs under plumbing requirements.
* Should knowledgeable for all types of sanitary products installation and service requirements.
* Should be knowledgeable to do pressure test in all plumbing works.
* Level 2 Intermediate Plumbing Diploma is preferred
* Level 3 Advanced Plumbing Diploma is desirable.

Waterproofing technicians-(Liquid and torching application)

Protects structures from water damage by applying membranes, coatings, and sealants to roofs, foundations, and walls. We are looking for qualified waterproofing technicians for our ongoing projects in Dubai.

* should be knowledgeable for area calculations and materials finalization for each site requirements on new works or repair works.
* The candidate should understand the risk or the work and accordingly analyze and plan the work execution properly.
* Knowledgeable to apply all types of techniques in waterproofing, including hot and cold application in membranes and liquid materials.
* Candidates preferably holding diploma or equivalent certification.
Painter
Prepares, coats, and finishes interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and furniture to improve appearance and prevent deterioration. Knowledge on all types of applications and materials understanding.

* should be knowledgeable for surface preparation for floor, wall and ceiling applications.
* Should be qualified to apply with no snags
* Knowledgeable to all types of materials in the painting segment and the application methods.
* Should be work under time constraints and good coordination with the team.

Tile Mason Requirements:
* Previous experience as a tile and marble mason.
* Basic carpentry skills.
* Ability to operate hand and machine cutting tools.
* Knowledge of tiling designs and installation techniques.
* Ability to work crouching or kneeling for long periods.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Should be holding diploma or equivalent certification in the same discipline.
