Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
1. Masonry & Civil Work
Plastering (internal & external)
Grouting and re-grouting
Concrete patch repair
2. Finishing & Repair Jobs
Outdoor landscaping
Support work (surface prep, screed)
Small civil modifications (cutting, chasing, patching)
3. Site Execution
Read basic drawings / instructions
Take measurements at site
Ensure proper leveling, alignment, finishing
4. Support to Other Works
Assist in:
Shifting material
Skills Required:
Strong experience plastering (very important)
Knowledge of cement mix ratios
Ability to handle hand tools & cutting machines
Basic understanding of cementation preparation
Multi-skill = BIG advantage
Experience:
1–3 years UAE or GCC experience preferred
Experience in maintenance company
