About us -
We are a construction, fit-out, and design company specializing in high-end villas and renovation projects.
We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer who can manage site execution, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure high-quality delivery across all construction and MEP works.

Role Overview -
You will be responsible for full site execution, ensuring works are delivered on time, within quality standards, and according to drawings.
This role requires someone who is strong on site, technically sound, and capable of handling labour, materials, and coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities -
Site Execution & Supervision
• Supervise daily site activities for villa construction and fit-out works
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of activities
• Maintain high quality standards on site

Labor & Subcontractor Management
• Manage and control site labor and subcontractors
• Plan and allocate manpower based on daily/weekly activities
• Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources

Materials & Site Planning
• Plan and request materials in advance based on work progress
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials
• Ensure no delays due to shortages or poor planning

Drawings & Coordination
• Read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Interior, and MEP drawings
• Identify conflicts, missing details, and execution challenges
• Coordinate with design team and consultants to resolve issues

MEP & Technical Knowledge
• Coordinate and supervise MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
• Ensure proper integration of MEP with civil and fit-out works
• Understand sequencing and avoid clashes on site

Requirements -
• Minimum 5+ years experience in UAE construction / fit-out / villa projects
• Strong experience in site supervision and execution
• Ability to read full set of construction and MEP drawings
• Good knowledge of materials, construction methods, and sequencing
• Proven experience managing labor and subcontractors
• Must be a registered member of an Engineering Society
• Engineering certificates must be approved by Dubai Municipality (DM) or Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM)

Preferred Profile -
• Experience in villa projects and high-end fit-out
• Strong MEP coordination knowledge (very important)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Do NOT Apply If

• You cannot read construction and MEP drawings
• You have only worked on high-rise or infrastructure projects
• You are not comfortable managing labor and site operations
