Job Summary

We are looking for an Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure timely completion in line with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience, coordination skills, and knowledge of fit-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
Ensure work is completed, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Monitor site progress and report updates to management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards
Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently
Manage labor and ensure proper utilization of resources.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (civil, MEP, finishing)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
