Looking for Quantity Surveyor who have prior experience in construction/contracting company.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management: Conducting feasibility studies, cost estimating, and controlling expenditure throughout the project lifecycle to avoid overruns.
Procurement & Tendering: Preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and awarding contracts to subcontractors.
Contract Administration: Managing risk, evaluating variations to the scope of work, and ensuring legal compliance.
Valuations: Valuing completed work, managing payments, and producing regular financial progress reports.
Relationship Management: Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and site managers.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or similar.
Technical: Strong numerical skills, knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimating tools.
Key Attributes: Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage risks.
