• Fabrication: Cut, drill, and assemble aluminum profiles (windows, doors, partitions) using power tools and machinery. • Glazing: Install and seal glass panels (toughened, laminated, insulated) into frames. • Drafting Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. • Installation: Install completed aluminum and glass systems on-site, including facade systems and shop fronts. • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and functionality, ensuring they meet safety standards. • Surface Treatment: Handle and finish materials with coatings like anodized or powder-coated finishes. • Experienced working with ACP Panel: ACP Panel (Aluminium Composite Panel), fabricator will be responsible for cutting, routing, bending, and assembling aluminium composite sheets to create cladding panels, signage, or facade components based on architectural drawings and will work with both hand tools and CNC machinery to prepare panels for installation on building exteriors and interiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Usually 3–5 years of hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication, often requiring expertise with specific systems . • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading construction drawings and using measuring tools. • Machine Operation: Experience with cutting machines, PVC welding, CNC machines, and hand tools. • Physical Ability: Ability to work in both factory and construction site environments, handling heavy materials and working at heights. • Education: High school diploma or vocational training in metalworking.
