Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Exterior Painter to join our team for building external painting projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working at heights using cradle systems and should be capable of handling all types of exterior painting works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform exterior painting works for residential and commercial buildings
• Operate cradle/gondola safely for high-rise painting jobs
• Carry out surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Perform crack filling, waterproofing, and surface repairs
• Execute texture painting and decorative finishes
• Apply different types of paints (emulsion, enamel, weather-resistant coatings, etc.)
• Ensure high-quality finishing and timely completion of projects
• Follow all safety guidelines and site regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in exterior painting
• Proven experience working on high-rise buildings using cradle/gondola
• Skilled in texture painting, crack repair, and all related painting works
• Knowledge of different paint materials and application techniques
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Understanding of safety procedures and use of PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
• Experience in UAE
• Basic communication skills (English/Hindi/Urdu)
