Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Scheduling: o Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines. o Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. o Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed. 2. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports. o Prepare and distribute regular project status reports. o Track and document project expenses, budgets, and resource allocation. 3. Communication and Coordination: o Act as a liaison between the Project Manager, site supervisors, contractors, and clients. o Organize and attend project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items. 4. Compliance and Quality Control: o Assist in conducting site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications. o Report any issues or delays to the Management and propose solutions. 5. Resource Management: o Coordinate the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements. o Assist in managing subcontractor and vendor relationships. 6. Problem-Solving: o Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them to the Management. o Collaborate with the team to resolve project-related challenges. 7. Administrative Support: o Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining project records.
