Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Civil Construction Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships in the construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for promoting services such as painting, block work, and tile installation to clients across residential and commercial projects o five four four six four eight eight eight zero.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients in the construction industry
Promote company services (civil works, painting, tiles, etc.)
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction or civil sales (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Knowledge of construction materials and services
Self-motivated and target-oriented
