Job Details
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and building projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, supervision, and project execution.
• Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
• Ensure project progress according to schedule.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Report daily progress and site issues to management.
Salary: AED 5,000 per month
