Job Details

We are looking for an Industrial Flooring Manager to lead the delivery of high-performance concrete floor slabs for warehouses, logistics centres, factories and cold stores across the UAE. You will manage projects from tender support through to handover. The role specialises in jointless and large-bay steel-fibre slabs as well as conventional jointed, mesh-reinforced and post-tensioned slabs.
You will plan pour sequences, bay layouts, crews and plant, and supervise every stage of the work, from sub-base preparation and armoured joint installation to laser screeding, power trowelling, dry-shake hardeners and curing. You will enforce method statements and inspection plans, approve mix designs with suppliers, manage hot-weather and night pours, and deliver floors that meet TR34 and ACI 302/360 flatness requirements, including FM and defined-movement classes. Alongside the technical work, you will support estimating, advise clients on slab options, control costs and variations, and maintain a strong safety culture on site.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has at least 10 years of concrete construction experience, including 5 or more years leading industrial flooring projects with a proven record on jointless slabs of 10,000 m² or more. Familiarity with laser screed operations, flatness surveying, programme planning and UAE site conditions is essential, together with strong leadership and the flexibility to work night shifts and outdoors in high heat.
