We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Building Supervisor to oversee the daily operation, upkeep, and safety of a commercial, residential, or mixed-use building. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, Property Manager, or Building Management Committee, the successful candidate will lead the on-site team of technicians, cleaners, and security staff, and act as the main point of contact for tenants, residents, and contractors.
The core of the role is daily building operations and team supervision. The Building Supervisor inspects the property each day, including common areas, entrances, lifts, car parks, plant rooms, and amenities, to confirm that everything is clean, safe, and working. Tasks are allocated to maintenance technicians, cleaning crews, and security personnel, progress is monitored through the shift, and standards are corrected on the spot. Attendance, rosters, and overtime are managed fairly, and new staff are briefed on procedures, safety rules, and tenant etiquette.
