Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor to manage fit-out projects from site mobilization through to final handover. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate all trades and disciplines, and make sure work is delivered safely, on time, to specification and to the client's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise interior fit-out works from start to finish: site setup, execution, snagging, testing and handover.
Oversee civil and finishing works, including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, glazing and painting.
Coordinate and supervise MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and fire alarm), and check that installations follow approved shop drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the project manager, consultants, main contractor, client representatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, and identify clashes or site issues early.
Plan daily and weekly site activities, allocate manpower and track progress against the project schedule.
Check material deliveries, quantities and workmanship against approved samples and standards.
Enforce HSE requirements and site safety procedures, including permit-to-work, toolbox talks and PPE compliance.
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower records and site documentation, and support the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
Carry out inspections and quality checks, and close out snag lists before handover.
Support the handover process, including as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals and client sign-off.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of site experience in interior fit-out works.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Proven ability to handle fit-out projects from scratch to handover.
Strong working knowledge of civil and finishing works.
Good knowledge of MEP works and their coordination on site.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Familiarity with authority approvals and inspection procedures (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA or equivalent).
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
