Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise building construction projects from start to completion.
- Plan project schedules, resources, budgets, and manpower.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor site progress, quality, costs, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and UAE regulations.
- Lead site teams and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant building construction experience.
- Proven experience in managing building projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
