# Laundry Pressman – SparkleWash Laundry

SparkleWash Laundry is looking for an **experienced Laundry Pressman** to join our growing laundry team in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in professional steam pressing, takes pride in the quality of their work, and can handle different types of garments carefully and efficiently.

## Key Responsibilities

* Professionally steam press and finish garments including shirts, trousers, dresses, kanduras, abayas, uniforms and other clothing.
* Ensure garments are pressed neatly with the correct shape, crease and finishing.
* Identify different fabrics and use the appropriate pressing temperature and technique.
* Handle delicate and premium garments with extra care.
* Check garments for stains, damage, missing buttons or other issues before and after pressing.
* Maintain high quality standards while working efficiently during busy periods.
* Fold or hang garments correctly after pressing.
* Keep the pressing station, steam iron and equipment clean and well maintained.
* Support the laundry team with other operational tasks when required.
* Follow SparkleWash quality, hygiene and garment-care standards.

## Candidate Requirements

* **Previous experience as a Laundry Pressman is required.**
* Good experience using professional steam irons and commercial laundry pressing equipment.
* Good knowledge of different fabrics and garment types.
* Experience pressing **shirts, trousers, kanduras, abayas and delicate garments** is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
* Reliable, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced laundry environment.
* Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
