Job Details

We are seeking a thorough and reliable Housekeeping / Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the premises to a consistently high standard. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will carry out daily cleaning duties across assigned areas, ensuring that spaces are safe, presentable, and welcoming at all times.

The core of the role is routine cleaning. The Housekeeping / Cleaner sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors, dusts and wipes surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, cleans and disinfects washrooms, kitchens, and pantry areas, and empties and replaces bins throughout the shift. Glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and handrails are cleaned frequently to reduce the spread of germs. Where the role covers guest rooms or private accommodation, beds are made, linen is changed, and rooms are serviced to the property's set standard and checklist.
