We are seeking a thorough and hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and corridors on the assigned floors. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper, the successful candidate will supervise a team of room attendants, inspect completed rooms against the property's standards, and act as the quality checkpoint between the housekeeping team and the guest.

The central responsibility of the role is inspection and quality control. The Floor Supervisor checks every departure and stayover room after servicing, verifying cleanliness, bed presentation, bathroom hygiene, amenity placement, and the working condition of lights, air conditioning, television, and safe. Rooms that fall short are returned for correction and re-inspected before release. The supervisor updates room status in the property management system promptly so that the front desk can allocate clean rooms without delay, and communicates directly with front office during high-occupancy turnarounds to prioritise urgent arrivals.
