Job Details
-Floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum office corridors, workspaces, and entryways.
-Surfaces: Dust and polish desks, tables, cabinets, and office equipment.
-Glass & Windows: Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors for a streak-free finish.
-Waste Management: Empty all trash bins, shredder boxes, and replace liners.
-Sanitation & Hygiene
-Restrooms: Sanitize and disinfect toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
-Replenishment: Ensure washrooms and kitchens are fully stocked with consumables (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer).
-Pantries: Clean kitchen counters, microwaves, refrigerators, and sinks.
-High-Touch Points: Disinfect common-use areas, such as door handles, light switches, and conference tables.
-Supply Inventory: Monitor cleaning chemical and equipment levels, alerting administration when restocking is required.
-Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any facility damages, plumbing issues, or required repairs to management.
-Meeting Rooms: Tidy and arrange meeting rooms after events or gatherings.
Core Requirements
-Experience: 1–2 years of proven commercial or residential cleaning experience.
-Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trash loads, and bend/reach.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying uncleanliness and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
-Time Management: Capability to follow strict cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks.
