We Are Hiring – House Supervisor (Female) | VIP Family – Dubai

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Female House Supervisor to manage and oversee household operations for a prestigious VIP family in Dubai.

👩‍💼 Position: House Supervisor (Female)

Nationality: Open to all

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all household staff and daily operations

• Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, maintenance, and support services

• Maintain inventory, supplies, and household records

• Handle basic accounting tasks including expense tracking, budgeting, and reporting

• Prepare, review, and maintain financial and administrative records

• Monitor household expenses and provide reports to management

• Maintain filing systems, documentation, and database records

• Coordinate communication, answer calls, and manage correspondence when required

• Ensure compliance with household standards, procedures, and confidentiality

• Operate office equipment and maintain administrative efficiency

• Support procurement and vendor coordination when needed

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a House Supervisor

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge

• Good computer skills (MS Office / inventory systems)
