Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, presentable, and hardworking Office Boy / Cleaner & Coffee Attendant to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while preparing and serving beverages to employees, clients, and visitors.
Basic or junior barista skills are preferred but not mandatory. Coffee will mainly be prepared using an automatic Nespresso machine, so advanced barista experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, water, and other beverages to employees, clients, and visitors.
* Operate and maintain an automatic Nespresso coffee machine.
* Provide professional and friendly hospitality to office guests.
* Maintain cleanliness of the office, including reception, meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
* Perform daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
* Keep the pantry clean, organized, and fully stocked.
* Wash and organize cups, glasses, and pantry equipment.
* Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are clean and presentable before and after meetings.
* Monitor coffee supplies, refreshments, and cleaning materials.
* Assist with general office support duties when required.
Requirements
* Must be available to join immediately. Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered.
* Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Cleaner, Coffee Attendant, or Junior Barista is preferred.
* Basic coffee preparation and junior barista skills are an advantage.
* Familiarity with preparing and serving espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other hot beverages is preferred.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Excellent personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
* Polite, friendly, and respectful attitude.
* Good hospitality and customer service skills.
* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
