Job Details

We are currently seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Boy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our office premises, as well as providing general assistance with office-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Office Hygiene: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenette, and restroom facilities.
- Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a neat and orderly environment.
- Assisting: Assist with setting up and arranging meeting rooms and office facilities as needed.
- Replenish: Monitor and replenish office supplies, including pantry items and toiletries.
- Small tasks: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and mail distribution.
Unexpected duty: Handle ad-hoc duties and errands as assigned by office management.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in office cleaning and maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
- UAE residency visa sponsorship is provided.
