We are seeking an organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of our facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with vendors and contractors, monitoring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves managing office space planning, overseeing cleaning and security services, maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, and supporting the setup of meetings or events. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in facilities management or office software. Prior experience in facilities, operations, or administrative coordination is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with a bachelor's degree or facilities management certification a plus.
