Arabic Speaking fluent in English

Experience of 6 to 10 years in a similar role within a large salon or spa chain or individual salon is necessary.
. A minimum of high school degree is necessary.
. Age group 30 to 45 years.
. Good knowledge of L’Oreal brands and products and all major professional brands in the categories of hair care, skin care and nail care is a must.
. Ability to understand and analyze sales and financial reports is a must.
. Excellent grooming and presentation.

. In charge of sourcing and recruiting exceptional professionals to maintain salon standards.
. Excellent ability to enforce SOP’s.
. Set and monitor team and individual monthly targets in coordination with management.
. Conduct daily team briefs and monthly team meetings both individually and group.
. Manage stock orders and maintain good stock levels.
. Enforce to follow and respect all company’s rules and regulations by all employees.
. Identify the training needs of all employees and organize training for them in coordination with management.
. Ability to train all employees on company’s hygiene and cleanliness standards.
. Motivate and coach employees to improve performance.
. Keep salon operating profitability according to budgetary guidelines.
. Ensure facility operates according to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
. Ensure salon area and tools are maintained in clean, neat, sanitized, and professional manner.
. Establish long-term client relationships that help increase business and develop additional opportunities through referrals and networking.
. Exemplary organizational skills including timekeeping and keeping records.
. Ability to keep a cool and level head when faced with working under pressure and being able to deal with problems which may arise on a day to day basis in a stress free and calm manner.
. Team leadership qualities i.e. being a good motivational speaker and example setter to the rest of your staff during team meetings and one to one discussions.
. Excellent knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
. Good “people” skills, as a manager you must be able to understand and assist staff if they need help or are having difficulty which affect their work.
. Ability to remain fair and professional at all times
. Ability to deal with “difficult” salon situations such as client complaints and staff disagreements in a diplomatic fashion.
. Knowledge of effective stock control procedures both
manually and computerized.
