Requirements & Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a salon receptionist in the UAE
2. Skilled in upselling facial services, packages, and retail products
3. Strong ability to handle walk-ins, explain services confidently, and close bookings
4. Manage appointments, calls, and customer records efficiently
5. Booking system/POS knowledge; confident with computers
6. Professional appearance, strong communication, fast-paced mindset
7. Social Media: respond to Instagram/WhatsApp inquiries and support posting stories/reels to generate bookings
8. Excellent understanding of facial skin services
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
