The successful candidate will be responsible with:

Develops and maintains one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact. Gathers information from the customer to understand their needs and detailed requirements. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future resource and finance changes in services, products and systems. Agree Changes to be made and the planning and implementation of Change. Maintains contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction. Captures and disseminates technical and business information.
Act as Process Manager for the Resource and Finance Management process.
Analyses business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches. Contributes to evaluating the factors which must be addressed in the Change program. Helps establish requirements
Produce and maintain Resource and Finance Plan
Ensure that resource-related issues are addressed
Ensure the creation, maintenance, and use of a Resource and Finance Management Information System (MIS)

The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with experience in a corporate accounting and/or financial area
Knowledge of financial and/or resource modeling
Planning and budget experience
Good understanding of banking IT Infrastructure
Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to capacity and performance management, and with ITSM best practices
Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices
Have understanding and experience in a capacity management background covering cloud, server, storage, networks, virtualized environments, applications, databases and associated tool sets
