Job Description

WrapMyCar is looking for a confident, creative and sales-focused female Sales & Social Media Content Creator to join our automotive styling team in Dubai.

This is a mixed role combining sales, customer service, administration and social media content creation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with customers as well as appearing in and helping create videos for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Convert enquiries into bookings and sales
• Welcome and assist customers
• Explain our car wrapping, PPF, window tinting and customization services
• Prepare quotations and customer invoices
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Maintain organised customer and sales records
• Appear in company social media videos
• Help develop creative and engaging video ideas
• Assist with planning and filming social media content
• Create content around vehicles, transformations and customer projects
• Work with management to develop promotions and campaigns
• Help maintain a professional and energetic image for the WrapMyCar brand

Requirements

• Confident and professional personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Sales-focused with the ability to follow up and close customers
• Creative and able to suggest new social media content ideas
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Able to prepare quotations and invoices
• Good spoken and written English
• Must be based in Dubai/UAE
• Automotive experience is an advantage but not essential
