Automotive Performance Marketing & CRM Manager
Location: Dubai
Industry: Used Cars / Automotive / Car Showroom.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary + performance bonus
We are looking for an (experienced Automotive Performance Marketing & CRM Manager) to manage and grow the marketing and lead-generation system for our used-car showroom Dubai.
This is *not a basic social media posting job*.
We need someone who has proven experience in:
* Meta Ads Facebook & Instagram
* Google Ads
* Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
* Lead generation
* CRM setup and lead management
* WhatsApp automation and follow-up
* UAE automotive portals
* Retargeting campaigns
* Conversion tracking
* Google Analytics / Tag Manager
* Lead quality and sales reporting
* Automotive content strategy
* UAE car market
The main goal of this role is to generate **qualified leads, showroom visits, test drives and vehicle sales**.
Candidates should be able to show previous results such as:
* Advertising budget managed
* Number of leads generated
* Cost per lead
* Qualified leads
* Showroom appointments
* Sales generated
* Cost per sale
**Automotive or UAE dealership experience is highly preferred.**
