We are a luxury used car dealership based in Al Quoz 3, Dubai, specialising in premium, prestige and performance vehicles.
We are looking for an experienced RTA / Vehicle Registration & Operations Officer to join our team and handle vehicle registrations, ownership transfers and other day-to-day vehicle-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle RTA vehicle registration and ownership transfers
* Process vehicle purchases and sales through the relevant RTA systems
* Manage Hayaza / possession certificates, vehicle transfers and registration documentation
* Visit RTA/Tasjeel centres when required
* Coordinate vehicle inspections, testing and registration
* Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles when required
* Ensure all vehicle documentation is complete and accurate before transfers
* Assist with trade-in and dealership vehicle transfer processes
* Maintain organised records of registrations, transfers and vehicle documentation
* Liaise with customers, dealers, RTA centres and other relevant parties
* Assist the showroom team with general vehicle operations when required
Requirements
* Previous RTA vehicle registration/transfer experience is essential
* Must speak English and Arabic
* Previous experience working for a UAE car dealership is essential
* Strong knowledge of Dubai RTA vehicle registration and transfer procedures
* Experience with used vehicle dealership processes
* Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
* Good knowledge of Dubai roads and RTA/Tasjeel locations
* Good English communication skills
* Professional, reliable and well organised
* Able to work independently and complete transfers efficiently
* Experience with luxury or prestige vehicles is preferred
About the Role
This position would suit someone who has previously worked in a Dubai used car dealership and already understands the complete process from purchasing a vehicle through to possession, inspection, transfer and final customer registration.
We are specifically looking for someone who can hit the ground running and does not require training on basic RTA vehicle transfer procedures.
