💰 AED 20,000–25,000 + Attractive Performance Based Commission/Bonus.

We are looking for a *highly experienced, ambitious and well-connected General Manager* to join our growing automotive business.

Your Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and business partners.
* Bring qualified investors and new business opportunities to the company.
* Build and manage a strong investor/business Development pipeline.
* Develop business relationships in the UAE and international markets.
* Meet and negotiate with high-level clients, investors and strategic partners.
* Develop and lead the business development/investor acquisition team.
* Set business targets and strategies and drive company growth.
* Represent the company professionally with investors and business partners.
* Identify new markets, partnerships and opportunities for expansion.

⭐ We Are Looking For

* Proven experience in *General Management, Business Development, Investor Relations, Corporate Sales or Relationship Management*.
* Strong and genuine professional network in the *UAE*.
* International network and relationships are highly valued.
* Proven ability to generate high-value business and close successful deals.
* Strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, investors or HNW individuals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership and team-management experience.
* Automotive, real estate, finance, luxury, fleet or asset-related experience is an advantage.
* Excellent English required. Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
* Ambitious, commercially minded and highly results oriented.

💼 What We Offer

*AED 20,000–25,000 monthly salary + attractive performance Based commission/bonus. *
