Job Details

We are launching in Mira and Mira Oasis, Dubailand in September 2026. We wash cars at the customer's home, on their driveway. We are hiring a Specialist Detailer to be one of the first two people on the ground.

The work is washing, with additional premium work booked to you as it comes in: machine polishing and paint correction with a dual-action machine, engine bay cleaning by steam, headlight restoration, clay treatment and ceramic protection. You are trained on the premium services by the company.

Guaranteed pay: AED 2,900 every month (basic 2,300 + accommodation allowance 500 + phone 100), paid to your bank through WPS, plus AED 300 a month guaranteed for your first three months.

On top of that: AED 15 for every wash above 36 a week, with premium and detailing jobs counting double. AED 300 minimum commission guaranteed for your first three months.

AED 100 a month quality bonus for a 4.5+ customer rating. Tips are 100% yours, never pooled, never reduced. A typical month all-in is worth AED 4,100 to 4,400.

The company pays for your work permit, residence visa, medical insurance, Emirates ID, uniform, safety gear, equipment and premium detailing training, with a certificate you keep. You drive the company van between your accommodation and the community, fuel paid.

We do not provide accommodation; the AED 500 is cash in your salary.

Hours and leave: six days a week with one paid rest day. 30 calendar days' paid annual leave after your first year. Six months' probation, 28 days notice either side.

What we need:

- One or more years of car washing or detailing experience. You will show us on a car before we offer.

- A valid UAE driving license, light vehicle. Required, because you drive the company van every day. A license from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain exchanges quickly and counts, tell us if that is what you hold.

- You must already be in the UAE on a visa you can transfer or cancel. On a husband's, wife's or parent's residence visa? Say so in your first message; that route is faster, we will prioritise you, and we add AED 200 a month to your pay if we do not need to sponsor your visa.

- No labour ban, no absconding report.

- Enough English to deal with a customer directly.
