Allocate work to technicians according to their skills and workload.
Monitor repair quality and ensure work is completed on time.
Follow up on spare parts requirements with the parts department.
Coordinate with customers regarding repair progress when required.
Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Monitor technician productivity and attendance.
Report daily workshop performance to management.
