Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily car wash operations across multiple locations
• Coordinate and assign jobs based on staff availability and location
• Track daily performance (cars washed, delays, missed jobs)
• Report issues (staff absence, customer complaints, delays) immediately
• Ensure all jobs are completed within SLA/time window
• Monitor usage of supplies and report shortages in advance (not last minute)
• Group nearby customers to improve productivity
• Avoid idle time for washers
• Ensure staff arrive on time and in proper uniform
• Monitor behavior (no smoking, no wasting time, no arguments)
• Train new staff on process and quality standards
• Transport staff when required and ensure smooth daily execution
• Handle customer interactions including key and payment collection
• Monitor team performance and ensure all jobs are completed on time
• Conduct regular and random quality checks on vehicles
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
• Track staff attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Plan efficient routes to reduce travel time and increase output
• Maintain accurate records of payments and daily activities
