Job Details
Job Title: Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – InspectMotors

**Location:** Remote / Work from Home (UAE-based)

**About Us:**
InspectMotors is a fast-growing mobile pre-purchase car inspection company operating across all seven emirates. We help car buyers make confident decisions through thorough, honest vehicle inspections. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, organized, all-in-one coordinator to be the voice of our company and keep our operations running smoothly.

**The Role:**
This is a work-from-home role, but it's hands-on and fast-paced. You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for inspections, and the engine that keeps our daily operations on track. This role blends customer service, scheduling, and coordination, so you'll need to juggle multiple conversations and bookings while keeping every customer feeling looked after.

**Working Hours:**
- Work from home
- 9 hours per day
- Timings are broad and may vary depending on daily booking demand, so flexibility is important
- You'll need to be available and responsive across our operating hours, including weekends as required (days off arranged accordingly)

**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally (calls, WhatsApp, email) with strong sales skills
- Explain our inspection packages and pricing clearly to help customers choose the right option
- Book and schedule inspections, coordinating between customers and our inspectors
- Manage the daily inspection calendar and route planning across the emirates
- Follow up with customers before and after inspections
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details
- Support the team with general operational and administrative tasks

**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools, and scheduling systems
- Good automotive knowledge or genuine interest in cars (a big plus)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- A reliable home internet connection and a quiet space to take calls
- A friendly, professional phone and messaging manner
