Pegasus Racing Automotive & Motor Sports Services L.L.C is hiring an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our workshop. We service and upgrade a broad range of vehicles — exotics, Porsches, sports cars, and SUVs — and we're looking for someone who knows their way around an engine bay and takes pride in clean, correct work.
What you'll do:
Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles, including exotics, European performance cars, and SUVs
Carry out routine servicing: oil changes, brakes, suspension, fluids, filters, and full inspections
Perform mechanical repairs and component replacement to manufacturer standards
Support performance upgrades and modifications
Use diagnostic tools and scanners to identify faults accurately
Road-test vehicles and confirm repairs before handover
Keep your bay, tools, and the workshop clean and organised
Log jobs and update status through our workflow system (Siyanti app)
What we're looking for:
3+ years hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic
Experience with European, exotic, or performance vehicles strongly preferred (Porsche experience a major plus)
Strong diagnostic skills and confident with modern scan tools
Able to read technical data and follow service schedules
Own basic tools preferred; specialist equipment provided
Reliable, detail-driven, and takes ownership of quality
UAE driving licensce preferred
Location: S7/S8 Warehouse, Al Ttay, Dubai
