Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily mobile car wash operations
- Lead and coordinate a team of car wash staff
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and vehicle maintenance
- Train new staff and maintain performance standards
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car wash or automotive service (supervisory role preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a mobile team efficiently
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Knowledge of car cleaning products and techniques
