Garage Manager Wanted in Al Quoz
We are looking for an experienced Garage Manager to run and grow a busy auto repair garage in Dubai. Partner position.
This position is commission-based/partnership, paid according to the garage’s monthly income/performance. The candidate ideally has a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily garage operations with team
Increase garage sales and monthly revenue
Supervise mechanics and service staff
Handle customer communication and approvals
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
Organize workflow, job cards, and parts ordering
Ensure jobs are completed on time and with quality
Maintain a professional and efficient workshop
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive garage/workshop industry
Previous experience managing a garage/workshop in Dubai or UAE
Strong automotive repair and diagnostics knowledge
Good customer service and sales skills
Ability to lead a team and improve performance
Honest, responsible, organized, and target-driven
Existing customer network is an advantage
Location: Dubai, UAE
Payment: Commission based on garage income (Partner with percentage on a 4.8 stars garage on Google)
