Job Details
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated AVL Specialist to join our growing fleet operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AVL/GPS tracking systems, fleet monitoring, real-time vehicle tracking, technical troubleshooting, and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, technically capable, and experienced in transportation or fleet operations environments.
Filipino candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily fleet operations through AVL/GPS tracking systems
Perform real-time vehicle tracking and movement monitoring
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Provide technical support for AVL devices, GPS trackers, and related systems
Coordinate with drivers and operations teams regarding tracking alerts, violations, and operational issues
Troubleshoot AVL/GPS hardware and software-related problems
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of tracking devices
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and system data
Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and transportation regulations
Provide regular operational updates and support to management
Requirements
Proven experience in AVL systems, GPS tracking, fleet monitoring, or transportation operations
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of fleet management systems and real-time tracking platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Experience in transportation, logistics, limousine, taxi, or fleet operations will be preferred
