Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and hydraulic systems in construction equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes, generators).
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Conduct equipment inspections to identify faults and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and according to company standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in construction or heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments.
Relevant certification or diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB, or similar.
Welding or fabrication skills are an advantage.
Valid driving license (if required).
