Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and manage an automotive sales operation. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, will oversee daily operations, efficient workflow , effective team management, achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role reports directly to the managing director and requires strong leadership in term of sales and inventory management, stock keeping skills, forecasting and purchasing stocks to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets plus business growth.

Requirements:

-5 years of experience in the same managerial position within an auto spare parts industry.

-Strong knowledge of auto spare parts and store operations.

-Proven ability to manage staff and improve sales performance.

-Good organizational and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage, supervise and train the Store Keepers with the products, handling on-site and off- site battery replacement and vehicle breakdown assistance.

—Monitor KPI’s, evaluate shops performance and productivity.

-Handle purchasing of goods and ensure availability of fast-moving items.

-Manage and control stock, including regular stock updates. Maintain stock of batteries and spare parts.

-Update and report daily and monthly sales to the managing director.

-Promote sales and implement strategies to increase revenue

-Ensure proper store organization and overall management.

-Handle customer service, billing and vendor/ supplier coordination. Promote high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Take full responsibility for store operations and team performance. Ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
