About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Manager to lead our workshop operations, spare parts department, and overall service performance. This is a key role for the business, where you will be responsible for profitability, efficiency, service quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow
Lead, train, and develop service advisors and technicians
Oversee spare parts operations, including availability and pricing
Set and control pricing for labor and spare parts
Monitor and improve key KPIs: productivity, efficiency, revenue, and margins
Implement and optimize service processes and standards
Ensure accurate warranty handling and service documentation
Drive customer satisfaction and retention
Contribute to service growth and business planning
Manage and improve service-related IT systems (Bitrix, 1C, etc.)
Use data and reporting to enhance operational performance
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in automotive industry (three to five years)
Exceptional technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Fluent in English and Arabic
Team management experience
Valid UAE motorcycle license is a big plus
Passion for motorcycles
