Ignite GP is seeking an experienced and motivated Go-Kart Mechanic to join our growing racing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and repairing competition karts, supporting drivers during practice and race weekends, and ensuring maximum performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
● Kart preparation, servicing and maintenance.
● Engine installation, carburettor tuning and troubleshooting.
● Chassis setup, alignment and performance optimisation.
● Trackside support during testing and race events.
● Working closely with drivers and coaches to improve performance.
● Maintaining equipment, spare parts and workshop standards.
Requirements:
● Previous experience working with competitive racing karts.
● Strong mechanical knowledge of two-stroke engines.
● Experience with IAME and Rotax engines preferred.
● Ability to work independently and under race-day pressure.
● Passion for motorsport and driver development.
