Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Call Centre Officer to join our car showroom team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Follow up with customers interested in purchasing cars.
Contact potential customers and generate sales leads.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
Arrange showroom visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer records and follow up on sales inquiries.
Requirements:
Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred.
Good communication and telephone skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and professional customer service skills.
