Job Details
Kynetik Koncepts builds carbon fibre body panels and full vehicle reimaginations out of our Dubai facility. Every car that leaves us is inspected inches from the paint. The finish is the product.
The role:
You will lead our new installation and finish cell. Take the vehicle from strip down, through panel fitment and paint prep, to spray and full reassembly. You own the quality of what goes out the door, and you build the team that gets it there.
What you will do
• Run the complete finish process: strip, fit, prep, spray, flat, polish, reassemble
• Set panel gaps, alignment and fitment standards on bonded and bolted carbon panels
• Manage primer, filler and sealer specification on composite and metal substrates
• Colour match, blend and repair to OEM standard or better
• Build, train and supervise a small team: strip and fitment technician, denting technician, sprayers
• Control booth scheduling, consumables, mixing room and material cost
• Enforce health, safety and extraction discipline
What we need:
• 10+ years in automotive painting, with time at supervisor or lead level
• Proven work on premium, luxury or performance vehicles
• Strong colour matching and defect rectification ability
• Comfortable with composite and carbon substrates, or able to demonstrate transferable skill
• Able to read a body in white and judge fitment before paint, not after
• English working proficiency. Arabic, Urdu or Hindi useful for shop floor
• UAE experience preferred, UAE driving licence an advantage

5+ years stripping and reassembling exterior panels, bumpers, lights, glass and trim on premium vehicles. Confident with clips, harnesses, ADAS sensors and torque specification. Sets gaps and alignment before paint, refits without a single mark after.
Denting / Panel Technician
5+ years panel beating, dent removal and straightening. Filler work to a flat, waveless standard. Experience on aluminium a plus. Works directly to the Paint Supervisor’s tolerance.
