Job Vacancy: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Umm Ramool, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,200 per month + Accommodation & Transportation Provided
Experience Level: 1–2 years (No prior UAE experience required)

Core Responsibilities
•Customer Relations: Greet incoming customers, handle service inquiries, and deliver excellent service.
•Workshop Coordination: Follow up directly with the workshop floor to track vehicle repair status.
•Client Updates: Keep customers thoroughly informed regarding progress, changes, or potential delays.

Requirements & Qualifications
•Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and terminology is required.
•Interview Availability: Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for an in-person interview.
•Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
•Flexibility: Open to relocation across our branch network if required (Abu Dhabi, Al Quoz, and Ras Al Khaimah).
