Zinq Prime Garage, a trusted name in premium car care and mechanical services, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Dubai.
Position: Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs.
Prepare service estimates, job cards, and coordinate with workshop technicians.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service progress and approvals.
Ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of all repair and service jobs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Service Advisor (mandatory).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good technical understanding of vehicles.
Fluency in English (Maliyalam Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
UAE driving license preferred.
