A well-established clinic is looking for below position

Sectary cum receptionists
1. Work as receptionists by greeting customers.
2. Attend calls and make appointments for Doctors.
3. Follow up on appointments.
4. Enter in system and generate invoices.
5. Make promotions through sms, instagram etc. to increase sale.
6. Make various reports as directed by director.
7. Accounting background will have an added advantage.
8. Should be able to work under pressure.
9. Knowledge of health care insurance claims.
10. Must be able to do any task given.
11. Female candidate required.

Accountant cum receptionist
• Good grip on accounting concepts.
• Should have knowledge of inventory management
• Should be able provide monthly PLS reports to director.
• Daily Revenue cash and card payments reconciliation.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Must have experience in working in any accounting system.
• While working at reception shall be able to attend calls, make and follow up on appointments
• Knowledge of health care industry will be a big plus.
• Female candidate preferred
