We are a trading office located in Al Qouz and are looking to hire full time and Administrative/secretarial MALE candidate

Office Administrator responsibilities

* Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents & daily reports
*Coordinate project deliverables
*Perform basic accounting tasks
*Perform secretarial duties
*Provide administrative support for operations team


Office Administrator skills
*Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
*SHOULD HAVE A TYPING SPEED OF 60WPM OR MORE
*2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
*Customer-service oriented
*Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
