Accountant – Ref. 623 (Arabic or Tagalog Speakers)
Salary: 5,000-6,000 AED
Location: Dubai – Al Quoz / International City

A company located in Dubai mainly dealing with lifting equipment, instrumentation, measuring instruments and weighing equipment requires an experienced UAE market accountant cum sales/purchase coordinator.

*This Job involve:-
• Accounting (core job)
• Invoicing and billing
• Pricing
• Stock control
• inventory checking
• HR and administration
• Purchasing (local and international)
• Service and sales coordination of documents, delivery & collection

*Scope of work highlights:-
1. Invoicing and billing
2. Handling all types of accounts manually or by using specialized software such (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, Focus…)
3. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
4. Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
5. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
6. Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
7. Inventory and Stock control to insure the availability of stock all time
8. Physical inventory checking
9. Handling Related HR Admin works
10. Handling international and local purchasing
11. Coordination of collection and deliveries of products, services and payments

*Key requirement:-
• Strong personality with clear language
• Able to handle full tasks of manual accounting from day 1
• Able to pass a test in accountancy
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounts
• Proven work experience should be in a company with similar products to ours like Engineering, technology or IT company
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
• Fluent in English with either Arabic or Tagalog
• Physically fit
• Advance MS Office experience
