One year general Accounting experience required.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.Real estate experience preferred.Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software systems.Researches and answers for questions regarding tenant statements.Prepares security deposit refund invoices.Prepares tenant account analysis and reconciliations when tenants dispute charges to their accounts. Prepared bank reconciliation dealing with the Tenant.Basic book keeping activities to prepare accounting books for company clients.• Assist the senior accountant and reconcile bank accounts daily, reconciliation statements.• Handle office petty cash and petty cash expenses• Prepare payment request for payments such as utilities monthly dues to Supplier/Vendors etc.• Daily accounting (input to company ERP system) of all transactions such as bank / cash payments receipts, journal vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, etc.• Check record all transaction vouchers for completeness of supporting’s, approvals and maintain files up to date
